It turns out, the Extra Protein Cake isn’t the only new release the Russian brand Fit Kit, has launched this month. Alongside the spin-off of its original Protein Cake, the functional food company has introduced an entirely new item in ‘Protein Macaron’. It is another tasty, protein-packed treat, and true to its name, it comes in the form of a classic macaron.
Fit Kit’s Protein Macaron features a traditional macaron build, with a biscuit base and top, then a sweet and smooth layer squeezed in between. The product comes packaged in boxes, with three macarons in each, which combine to provide a solid 21g of protein. The rest of the macros are not too bad either with 5.8g of fat, 20g of carbohydrates with 11.5g of that fiber, and 239 calories.
The newest Fit Kit snack has zero sugar and relies on milk and whey concentrate to give it that high 21g of protein, or 7g per macaron. When it comes to flavors, despite being a new product, it has several to choose from. Fit Kit’s Protein Macaron menu consists of ten flavors including the likes Double Chocolate, Coconut and Cream, Pistachio, Berry Daiquiri, and Strawberry Yogurt.
The protein-packed macaron snack is now out and available in Russia, and as mentioned, it comes in boxes three, which are priced quite reasonably at around 140₽ (1.97 USD).
