Macro Mike makes its almond-based protein a lot more than a protein powder

Functional brand Macro Mike has officially released its Premium Plant Protein, which is promoted as Australia’s first-ever almond-based protein powder. The supplement is a little more than just a vegan-friendly protein powder as the brand has also infused it with several other ingredients, turning it into a true premium plant protein, as its name suggests.

Macro Mike’s Premium Plant Protein provides 23g of protein per serving coming from plant-based, vegan-friendly almond protein. The product’s other macros include 4.2g of carbohydrates with 3.2g of that sugar, 2.9g of fat, and 142 calories. Like most protein supplements, those numbers do vary from flavor to flavor, of which there are three in Strawberry Cheezecake, Chocolate Hazelnut Fondant, and Salted Caramel.

As for the additional ingredients Macro Mike has thrown in to make Premium Plant Protein more than just protein, there are various vitamins and minerals, and omega-3 from marine algae. On top of that is the adaptogen schisandra, 400mg of the nootropic lion’s mane, and 50mg of the premium LactoSpore probiotic, providing one billion CFUs.

As you can see, Macro Mike’s Premium Plant Protein is indeed a premium plant protein powder and is now available for purchase from the brand’s website in several, relatively pricey options. A small ten serving bag of the product will cost you $49.95 (35.83 USD), with a double size 20 serving at $79.95 (57.34 USD). There are discounted bundles available as well, along with a trial bag with one sample of each flavor at $19.95 (14.31 USD).
