When it comes to flavor collaborations, Japan’s sports nutrition brand Be Legend, has become one of the most frequent in the industry. It has partnered with many different animes, pop culture icons, and brands, a lot of which have been repeated collabs with different characters and themes. Later this month, Be Legend is coming out with another repeat partnership that should once again, show off its creative ability.
The collaboration Be Legend has begun teasing is with the legendary fighting video game franchise Street Fighter, specifically, the 2016 released, Street Fighter V. Last year the two came together for a limited edition Hado-Ken flavor of its whey-based protein powder. As for the Street Fighter-themed product this time around, the brand has yet to reveal it but promises it to be its ‘strongest collaboration’ to date.
Whatever Be Legend’s second Street Fighter V flavor or supplement turns out to be, it’s not all that far away with the brand planning to have it out and available in just under two weeks on Wednesday the 23rd.
