Ghost reveals it is indeed working on an on-the-go protein shake

ghost protein rtd

One of the few categories we suspected the original lifestyle brand Ghost would be getting into when it announced its partnership with beverage giant Anheuser-Busch InBev, was ready-to-drink protein. The first product from the team turned out, of course, to be Ghost Energy, a functional drink packed with ingredients to increase energy and focus.

While a protein RTD isn’t the first beverage from Ghost, it seems it might be its second. The brand has confirmed it is currently testing various flavors of an on-the-go protein shake, suggesting that is next from Ghost and ABI. For us, European brands lead the protein RTD, delivering some truly milkshake-like flavors and experiences such as Grenade Carb Killa Shake and Barebells Milkshake.

Ghost has a great opportunity to really take over the protein shake game in the US, as we’ve yet to try an RTD from the area that competes with either of those products mentioned above. Keep in mind the brand is only trialing a protein shake at the moment, so it may still be a while before we get more information, and the product is available in stores and on shelves.
