Body Fortress squeezes 40g protein into its new RTD with a lean 180 calories

The widely available and long-running brand Body Fortress has put together a more convenient protein supplement to enjoy on-the-go, introducing the ‘High Protein Shake’. The product is a protein RTD, packed with a substantial 40g of protein from a blend of milk isolate and casein. The rest of the RTD’s macros are very lean with 2g of carbohydrates, under a gram of sugar, 1.5g of fat, and a calorie count of 180.

The nutrition profile on the Body Fortress High Protein Shake is quite impressive, as typically RTDs with that much protein don’t keep the other numbers in check. That is far from the case on this one, as the supplement’s macros are better than most protein powders. There are two traditional flavors to choose from for the product with Chocolate and Vanilla, both featuring the nutrition profile highlighted above.

You can already purchase the Body Fortress protein RTD from Amazon, where a case of 12 bottles will cost you just $23.99, which is only $2 a shake. Also, while the supplement is not available there yet, the High Protein Shake is coming to Walmart, but not until sometime next month.
