Myprotein gives fans a protein shake with a good amount of carbohydrates

myprotein impact protein shake

Myprotein has put together a lot of functional, on-the-go products this year, which continues this week with a ready-to-drink product, Impact Protein Shake. It is, of course, a high protein shake to take with you and enjoy whenever and wherever. It is worth noting, though, if you’re not a fan of moderate carbohydrates in your shake, then this one might not be for you.

Myprotein’s Impact Protein Shake packs the usual amount of protein per bottle with 25g, almost all of that coming from skimmed milk and a little from milk protein. The macros that come alongside the 25g of protein are, as mentioned, high in carbohydrates at 18g per shake with 13g of that sugar, 2g of fat, and 194 calories, with a slight variance across its three flavors.

The menu of Myprotein’s Impact Protein Shake is fairly traditional, featuring the two traditional tastes Chocolate and Vanilla, as well as something for fruit fans in Strawberry. The price on the product through the brand’s website is also reasonably high compared to other shakes we’ve seen at £34.99 (45.77 USD) for a pack of 12, which is £2.91 (3.81 USD) a bottle.
