Rule One lets fans make tasty high-protein mousse with its latest product

When Rule One Proteins announced its functional family of products named Performance Pantry, it said, in fact, it almost warned that it had a lot of items lined up for it. That is proving true this month, as following on from the original Whey Cakes in August, then Easy Protein Omelette from September, Rule One has introduced Easy Protein Mousse.

The latest entry into Rule One Protein’s Performance Pantry collection is just as it’s titled, a dessert-like mousse that is high in protein and easy to make. The product comes in convenient pots with 37g of powder inside. To quickly turn that powder into a delicious mousse, you simply add 2oz of water or milk, mix for up to 60 seconds, and that’s it.

Rule One Proteins does suggest throwing Easy Protein Mousse into the freezer for a few minutes after preparing, so it can be enjoyed more like traditional mousse and lightly chilled. The product comes in three flavors with Triple Chocolate, Campfire S’mores, and Cookies & Creme, and costs $2.99 per pot or there is a variety pack with two of each at $14.25.

Easy Protein Mousse’s macros are similar to a protein powder, which makes sense as it is made with whey isolate and micellar casein, and flavor dependent ingredients like chocolate chips and cookie bits. When mixed with water, each pot provides 20g of protein, 1.5g or less fat, 8 to 12g of carbohydrates with 2 to 5g of that sugar, and 110 to 130 calories.
