Ghost confirms a sleep supplement is in the works and coming this year

Over the next few months, our Brand Of The Year winner Ghost plans to drop several sequels to some of its longer running supplements. The products due to get an update include its original pre-workout Ghost Legend, the number one pump pre-workout Ghost Pump, and another top-rated supplement in the creatine-based muscle builder Ghost Size.

It will definitely be an exciting time, especially with Ghost Pump V2 in the mix; as mentioned, it is already our number one rated pump pre-workout, so it’ll be interesting to see what the brand does to make it better. While Ghost will be all about sequels in the coming months, it still has entirely new products in the works, including one big one for the end of the year.

Ghost has confirmed a supplement called Ghost Sleep is in the works for launch in the second half of 2021. We don’t have many details about the product, only really its name to go by, which suggests it aims to improve quality of sleep and recovery. Sleep is one of our favorite categories, so much like Ghost Pump V2, it should be interesting to see what the brand comes up with using its detailed formulating approach.

We actually discussed Ghost Sleep with Ghost founder Dan Lourenco in the latest interview edition of the Stack3d Podcast as well as many other topics. Definitely give the episode a listen if you’re interested in all of the action Ghost has coming down the pipeline, including its promising protein RTD, plus discussion about 2020 and winning Brand Of The Year.
