Redcon1 is turning its cereal protein bar into a peanut butter-based snack

redcon1 revamped bar

After revamping its original protein bar, the tasty and wholesome MRE Bar, two-time Brand Of The Year winner Redcon1, is updating its other on-the-go protein snack with the BAR. The original BAR, which stood for Breakfast At the Ready, was a cereal filled protein snack that had a soft texture and sweet flavors but overall, still wasn’t as good as the MRE Bar.

Redcon1 has revealed it is bringing back the since discontinued BAR with a peanut butter-based version, like the popular Outright Protein Bar, although this one is covered in what looks to be milk and white chocolate. We have the first look at the product in the image above with no details on nutrition, only that it’s a nut butter bar and will be high in protein.

The one other piece of information we have to share is that Redcon1’s revamped BAR is coming in at least two flavors, both of which are fairly traditional tastes in Peanut Butter Cup and Cookies and Cream.
