Three new fruity flavors for Grenade Energy arriving in two weeks

Almost a year and a half ago, in November of 2019, the UK functional food and sports nutrition brand Grenade, known for its delicious Carb Killa Protein Bar, entered the energy drink game with Grenade Energy. Like many other functional beverages in Europe, it is infused with BCAAs at 1.5g per can alongside electrolytes, n-acetyl-tyrosine, and 155mg of natural caffeine.

Grenade introduced Grenade Energy in just the one flavor to start named “Original” and featuring a sweet fruity taste, which has also been the product’s only option since launch. The Original Grenade Energy certainly wasn’t a bad first outing for the popular UK-based company, although there were definitely some areas it could improve as it had a noticeably sour and tart aftertaste.

Later this month, in precisely two weeks, Grenade is finally releasing more flavors of Grenade Energy, three in fact, still powered by the same main ingredients and dosages as far as we know. There is the tropical flavor named Sun Of A Beach, Cherry Bomb, which is, of course, a sour cherry concoction, and lastly, you have Berried Alive, a mix of strawberry and blueberry.

It’ll be interesting to see how the second, third, and fourth flavors of Grenade Energy turn out and whether or not they’ve tweaked anything, but best of all, fans are finally going to have more than one flavor to choose from.
