Plant-based protein from XXL gets a clear and fruit-flavored spin-off

When it comes to releasing supplements, the European retailer and brand XXL Nutrition is one of the busiest out there, pumping out more new products than the many other competitors out there. In the past ten days, we’ve shared three stories from XXL, including its Create spin-off Create Caps, three more flavors for its N’Joy Protein Bar, the energized Burner beverage.

Today we have XXL Nutrition in the headlines once again, this time regarding another protein powder that’s plant-based and vegan-friendly. The supplement is called “Clear Vegan Fit Protein”, which is an alternative version of the brand’s already available Vegan Fit Protein. It sets itself apart by being fruit-flavored with the one Lemon Apple option instead of the usual chocolate and vanilla.

XXL Nutrition’s Clear Vegan Fit Protein has 21g of protein in a two-scoop serving, all coming from hydrolyzed pea protein, with 3.5g of carbohydrates, 1.8g of sugar, and a low 700mg of fat. The product will soon be available through XXL’s online store, although it is going to be a lot more expensive than its original Vegan Fit Protein at €21.95 (26.21 USD) for a small 300g tub.
