Bulk drops a family of chocolate flavored nut butter infused with whey protein

bulk protein spread

Bulk is another UK brand having some fun in the nut butter category this week alongside The Skinny Food Co, although Bulk’s launch involves more than one item and a functional twist. The popular and internationally available brand has launched Bulk Protein Spread in three different flavors, combining whey concentrate and either pistachios or hazelnuts.

The all-new Bulk Protein Spread is available in White Chocolate Hazelnut, Chocolate Hazelnut, and White Chocolate Pistachio, and thanks to their added whey, they have between 6.3 to 6.6g of protein in a 30g serving. The other macros making up the nutrition profiles of the products are 8.7 to 9.6g of carbohydrates, 12.3 to 12.9g of fat, and 165 to 168 calories.

While high-protein is a key highlight of Bulk’s Protein Spread, taste is also right up there, with the brand promoting the product as a great alternative to the many sugar-loaded spreads on the market. For those that would like to give any of the Protein Spreads a try, you can pick them up from Bulk’s website at £11.99 (16.69 USD) for what looks to be a 300g jar.
