Gold Nutrition debuts its electrolyte-based hydration product Salt Caps

Gold Nutrition Salt Caps

Salt Caps is the latest supplement from the European brand Gold Nutrition, which we already saw a couple of times this year with the launch of Fast Recovery and Stress Support. The name does give you some idea of what the product is all about as it is a mineral salt or electrolyte-based supplement formulated to support hydration, performance, and endurance.

Gold Nutrition’s Salt Caps come with 300mg of sodium in each of its two capsule servings as well as 100mg potassium, 300mg of chloride, and 60mg magnesium. It is a relatively simple supplement, fitting for the brand’s lineup, which does tend to lean more towards sports performance products, as we saw just a few months ago with the carbohydrate-powered Fast Recovery.
