Hostess puts a hit of caffeine into its delicious Jumbo Donettes donut

Hostess Boost Jumbo Donettes

These days there are many different ways to get caffeine into your system for an energy boost whenever you need it. You have, of course, your reliable energizing supplements in capsule or powder form, the classic coffee, energy drinks and shots, and even chewing gum. If you were looking for another option to add to that list, the food giant Hostess Brands has you covered with an extremely interesting product.

Hostess Brands has taken its well-known Jumbo Donettes donut treat, created two new flavors, and combined them with coffee for an edible, energizing hit of caffeine. The company is calling the product Hostess Boost Jumbo Donettes, available in two familiar coffee flavors with Caramel Macchiato and Chocolate Mocha, and they’re said to have between 50 to 70mg of caffeine, similar to a typical cup of coffee.

Hostess Boost Jumbo Donettes come in packs of a single donut, and their macros are a bit higher than regular Jumbo Donettes with 15g of fat, 41g of carbohydrates, 25g of that added sugar, 2g of protein, and 300 calories. Once again, the energizing donut is certainly an interesting and different way to get some caffeine in your system, and undoubtedly tastes delicious but not without all of that sugar, carbs, and calories.
