To go with Gold Standard 100% Plant and Plant Pre-Workout, Optimum Nutrition is welcoming a vegan-friendly protein snack, in Plant Protein Bar, packing a solid 18g of protein from a blend of two sources in pea and soy protein isolate.
The rest of the macros in an Optimum Nutrition Plant Protein Bar are 21g of carbohydrates with a low half a gram of sugar, 11g of fat, and 227 calories. We’re not sure on the build of the product, although the brand does, of course, promise unrivalled taste in its two flavors Chocolate Mint and Chocolate Sea Salt.
