The supplement is a clean, nutritious, and straightforward egg white-based protein powder, currently only available for purchase in a neutral-tasting option named Unflavored.
The returning Egg White Crystals is essentially the same supplement 5% Nutrition had years ago, with that egg white formula providing a solid 20g of protein per serving, no fat, only a gram of carbohydrates, and 90 calories. It is a lean protein powder that comes in the one 15 serving tub size and has launched at the Arnold Expo for $45 each or online at $49.95.
