Icon introduces a series of low calorie and undoubtedly tasty sauces

Icon Meals Icon Sauces

Meal prep company Icon Meals, which also makes a great selection of snacks, treats, and functional foods, has released a series of low-sugar sauces, simply named Icon Sauces. There are four flavors in the line to start, all made without any high fructose corn syrup, and they keep the sugar and carbohydrates to a minimum for a clean addition to your favorite food.

Icon Meals’ four flavors are Memphis Hickory, the two mild options Smoky Mesquite and Sweet Carolina; then you have the hottest concoction of the lot in Habanero Honey made with habanero peppers. The nutrition profiles on the sauces are roughly the same, with Memphis Hickory having no fat and protein, 6g of carbohydrates, 2g of sugar, and 35 calories a serving.

As you can see, Icon Meals’ Icon Sauces are not completely sugar-free or calorie-free, but they keep the numbers reasonably low compared to some of your more mainstream options and knowing the brand, they’ll taste amazing. The entire line is available starting this week through the Icon Meals online store at $11.99 a bottle or $40 for the complete collection of all four flavors.
