Overnight Oats, more simply known as ONO, is a convenient oatmeal-based meal that you can heat and eat, or add milk to before going to bed; then, when you wake in the morning, you have a nutritious way to start the day. The brand’s flagship product has a combination of oatmeal, protein sources, and flavor for a solid 20g of protein per serving, around 50g of carbohydrates, and a bit above 300 calories.
ONO has now come out with three new flavors for its premier morning meal, all featuring that same reliable combination of oatmeal and clean sources of protein. Currently, they’re not on the brand’s website, only on the online giant Amazon. The flavors are Strawberry Scone, Peanut Butter Blossom, and Cinnamon Oat Crunch, and you can grab any or all of the products on Amazon at $27.99 for six pouches.
