Pump & Focus is the premier, stimulant-powered pre-workout from the premium sports nutrition brand Like A Pro Supplements from bodybuilder Jeff Long. The current version features several highlights, including 6g of citrulline malate and 3g of betaine for pumps, a solid 600mg of alpha-GPC for focus, premium PeakO2 for performance, and a moderate amount of caffeine at 125mg.
In the coming month or two, Like A Pro Supplements is launching a new and improved version of its Pump & Focus pre-workout, and it will be given a sequel title in Pump & Focus V3.
