Clean Cause and Macklemore create a special edition can to support National Recovery Month

Clean Cause X Macklemore Cherry Lime

To celebrate National Recovery Month, functional beverage brand Clean Cause has put together a limited edition collaboration variant of one of its previously released energy drink flavors. This is an important cause for the company, which already donates half of its profits to support those recovering from alcohol and drug addiction, and to date, it has donated an amazing $1,634,000.

You can see Clean Cause’s special edition collaboration in the image above, with its Cherry Lime sparkling yerba mate energy drink featuring an alternative can design covered in illustrated cherries. As mentioned, the product is indeed a collaboration, put together in partnership with American rapper Macklemore, who has had his own experiences with alcohol, addiction, and recovery.

I’m excited to put these cans out into the world! The exclusive cherry artwork for this can was inspired by my personal recovery journey, and my recovery community in Seattle. It’s my home. It’s where I got sober. And it’s what keeps me on my journey one day at a time.” – Macklemore.

Every cent of profit from Clean Cause and Macklemore’s limited edition Cherry Lime energy drink will be donated, and that is the main focus of the release. The brand is charging much higher than the regular Cherry Lime beverage at $15 for a single can through cleancause.com. It has clearly been produced to support National Recovery Month and is also a piece of history for fans.
