Proteinella is a creatively named high-protein spread from Swedish functional company HealthyCo, that, as you could probably guess by breaking down the name, launched in a Nutella-like flavor. This month the brand is rolling out another option for the product, which sounds delicious and goes nicely alongside its original Hazelnut & Cocoa, Salted Caramel, and White Chocolate.
New to HealthyCo’s Proteinella family is Cookie Dough, infused with whey for the extra protein, like the other flavors, and it has real biscuit pieces throughout the spread. The nutrition profile of a 30g serving of the brand’s latest is similar to those other options with 5.1g of protein, 13.2g of carbohydrates, a reasonably low 2.6g of that sugar, 10.5g of fat, and a calorie count of 150.
There are a few places already stocking HealthyCo’s Cookie Dough Proteinella in its home country of Sweden, although while you’ll find the product’s other three flavors in 200 and 400g jars, and the Hazelnut & Cocoa also in a 750g option, Cookie Dough only comes in a 400g jar for now.
