CTD Sports spices up its standalone creatine by infusing it with betaine

Ctd Sprots Creataine

It has been several years since we’ve seen or heard anything from the sports nutrition brand CTD Sports, with its last notable release being the Isolicious protein powder that initially came in a cereal box. This month we have the long-running and well-established brand back in the news thanks to details of an all-new creatine-based supplement that is due to arrive later this month.

CTD Sports has named the product Creataine, and there is a reason behind that, as it’s a combination of its two main ingredients brought together to support muscle strength, size, and recovery. Creataine comes with a full 5g of tried and true creatine monohydrate, which is synonymous with those benefits and effects mentioned, and to further drive those effects, there is 2.5g of betaine.

Creataine is essentially a standalone, essential-style supplement, although the inclusion of betaine does make it that extra bit effective and helps separate it from the many other creatines on the market. Once again, the first completely new product we’ve seen from CTD Sports is making its debut sometime next month in tubs of 40 servings, and it’ll be unflavored for easier stacking.
