Legacy sports nutrition brand Musashi in Australia launched a special edition, limited-time variant of the Vanilla Milkshake flavor of its straightforward, whey-based protein powder 100% Whey. The supplement provides 25g of protein a serving from a blend of whey concentrate and isolate, low carbohydrates and fat, and in the limited edition version, the brand put UFC fighter Robert Whittaker on the tub.
What Musashi called its Ambassador Edition of 100% Whey was indeed only around for a short period of time back at the end of 2021, and equally importantly, it was exclusive to the Australian pharmacy giant Chemist Warehouse. About a year and a half later, the brand has decided to bring back the product with the same details, features, and specifics as Robert Whittaker’s original Vanilla Milkshake 100% Whey.
The special edition flavor of Mushashi’s whey blend-style protein powder has returned and is once again only available at Chemist Warehouse. We’ve only seen it in the larger tub size of the supplement in a 2kg tub with 60 servings, which from the pharmacy costs $90.99 (60.60 USD).
