We recently posted about Musashi in Australia, launching a flavor extension for its crispier and crunchier protein snack, Protein Crisp in Chocolate Brownie, although, as it turns out, that’s not the only functional item the legacy company has been working on. The long-running brand has crafted two other tastes for one of its other on-the-go, bar-format offerings in Protein Deluxe, which is covered in milk chocolate and provides a pinch over the traditional 20g of protein at 21g.
Similar to Protein Crisp, Musashi’s Protein Deluxe wasn’t short on flavors before its latest additions, having four tastes to choose from in Peanut Crunch, Rocky Road, Caramel Cookie Crunch, and a sweet-sounding Jam Donut. Increasing the size of the menu by 50% this month are two more delicious options in Chocolate Caramel Brownie and Cinnamon Scroll, packing that same 21g of protein a piece and around 235 calories, and they’re available now throughout Australia.
