Popular Brazilian brand Mu launches in the US with its crunchy protein bar Choco Wheyfer

Mu Choco Wheyfer In The Us

Brazilian brand Mu, a prominent player in that part of the world and maker of several health and nutrition products, has brought its colorful and fun look and feel to the US and is now available through the online giant Amazon. While the brand’s selection of supplements and functional foods in Brazil is massive, covering pre-workout, protein powder, protein bars, and many more, it is starting with just one lone offering for the American market.

To get things going for Mu here in the US, it has brought over its lighter protein bar, the crispy and crunchy wafer-style snack, Choco Wheyfer. It’s a light and long protein bar that is filled with various wafer layers and wrapped in a solid milk or white chocolate outer. As far as nutrition goes, it’s more of a protein treat than something that’ll massively add to your daily macros at 6g of protein per piece, 10g of carbohydrates, no sugar, and 130 calories.

Mu does have protein bars that are a bit more traditional in build and higher in protein, like the Crush Bar and Mukebar, but for its journey into America, it has kicked it all off with the Choco Wheyfer. As mentioned, you can conveniently grab it from Amazon at $25.90, which is pricey for the size and protein of the snack. Mu has debuted with quite a few flavors for Wheyfer, four to be exact, in Chocolate, White Chocolate, Vanilla, and Cookies.
