Around this time of year in Scandinavia, as well as at Christmas, you tend to see health and nutrition brands releasing special edition flavors inspired by and themed around traditional candy and beverage. Skum is the candy one, which is usually creatively named with an infusion of Easter or Christmas, depending on the season, and just in time for Easter, Bodylab in Denmark has done exactly that for its flagship protein bar.
In years past, we’ve seen Bodylab do Marzipan protein bars and even a protein-packed chocolate egg for Easter, but for 2026, the popular Danish brand has put together a limited edition Skumhare Protein Bar. It aims to replicate the signature consistency of the soft foam candy, with a sweet, Eastery marshmallow taste. That is all alongside 16g of protein per piece from mostly milk, 25g of carbohydrates, 2g of that sugar, and 210 calories.
Bodylab is known to regularly release new products, and with those new drops come deals and discounts to celebrate the rollout. That is indeed the case with the Skumhare Protein Bar, which, instead of being kr 300, is currently discounted to kr 179 (27.59 USD) for a box of 12, exclusively at bodylab.dk.
