American Dream Cake is essentially a family of baking mixes for you to easily turn into high-protein, better-for-you treats in the form of muffins, donuts, pancakes, waffles, and similar foods. There are four different flavors of the product, and they can all be used in the same fashion as their main ingredients are identical. The macros on a 56g serving are 20 to 23g of protein, thanks to the whey isolate in there, 23 to 26g of carbohydrates with 4g or less of that sugar, 1.5g of fat, and 180 to 210 calories.
