As for Efectiv Nutrition’s upcoming Performance Daily, as mentioned, this is a much more advanced supplement for the complex side of the creatine category. It does come with a full dose of tried and true creatine monohydrate at 5g a serving, and alongside that is 3.2g of beta-alanine, a gram of taurine, and 2.5g of betaine. Then, rounding it out, there are two premium ingredients to further drive the performance and strength experience by way of 150mg of elevATP and 50mg of AstraGin to improve absorption and efficacy.
Performance Daily is actually similar to something Efectiv Nutrition has had available in the past by way of Efectiv Power, as that, too, was an advanced creatine-based muscle builder.
