Mountain Joe’s makes a snack-sized version of its always-delicious protein bar

Mountain Joes Smaller Protein Bar

Functional food innovator Mountain Joe’s in the UK, still credited for the most on-point protein-packed rocky road we’ve experienced, has miniaturized its signature, self-titled protein snack, the Mountain Joe’s Protein Bar. The original and standard version of the product tips the scales at a relatively common 55g a piece and is backed by 18g of protein in the majority of its options, alongside 8g of fat, 18g of carbohydrates, just 2g of that sugar, and 233 calories, and genuinely no matter the flavor you grab, they’re all delicious.

The miniature version that’s been put together and is now available for the Mountain Joe’s Protein Bar weighs two-thirds the size at 35g, and the nutrition has been scaled down to match. The mouthwatering White Chocolate Cookie flavor, for example, has 10g of protein, an equal 10g of carbohydrates with well under 2g of sugar, 4g of fat, and around 130 calories, so it is indeed a snack-sized alternative. As well as White Chocolate Cookie, there are two other flavors available for the 35g variety in Chocolate Hazelnut and Chocolate Caramel.

You won’t find any of the three flavors of the smaller Mountain Joe’s Protein Bar in its online store, as they’ve actually been launched exclusively through one of its partners in the deal retailer, Home Bargains. Over there, you can get a box of the snack-sized protein treat at a very reasonable £11.88 (15.12 USD), which is a considerable difference compared to the £29.99 you’d pay for a box of 12 of the full-size Mountain Joe’s Protein bar at mountainjoes.co.uk.
