Animal announces the star-studded lineup of appearances in the return of The Cage

From Stack3d
The Cage By Animal 2024 Athlete Lineup

One of the bigger stories of this year’s Arnold Sports Festival, featuring one of the most loaded lineups of exhibitors in the health and fitness event’s history, is the highly-anticipated returns of Animal’s legendary activation, The Cage. It is one of the most memorable and iconic features of the Arnold Expo, where the legacy hardcore supplement company Animal, surrounds a space on the floor with a classic wire fence, throws some lifting equipment and powerhouse athletes inside, and it’s all fireworks from there.

The Cage was confirmed as coming back for 2024 a few months ago, and with the Arnold Sports Festival now two weeks away, Animal has come out and shared the roster of athletes, ambassadors, and genuinely powerful individuals that’ll be appearing inside the sealed-off lifting arena. We’ve got each of the lineups listed below and the days they’ll be there, which is important, as the Arnold Expo takes place across three days, Friday the 1st of March to Sunday the 3rd, and things are happening all weekend long.

Friday

  • Sherine Marcelle
  • Tyson Ridenour
  • Phill Herndon
  • Andy Huang
  • John Haack
  • Lily Riley
  • Bradly Shepherd

Saturday

  • Nadia Stowers
  • Brianny Terry
  • Denise Herber
  • Dan Green
  • Justin Suplee
  • Justin Zottl
  • Fernando Arias
  • Daniel Ryjov
  • Thomas Davis
  • Hunter Henderson
  • Julius Maddox

Sunday

  • Chad Penson
  • Monica Granda
  • Ken Cooper
  • Alex Charchuk

The second day, Saturday, is the more jam-packed, star-studded lineup, although there is a reason for that. At The Cage by Animal, on the second day of the Arnold Expo, the Iron Throwdown is taking place, which is a four versus four battle. The athletes are split into two teams — Team Rage and Team Fury — and, simply put, only one will come out on top. If you’re attending the show, get in early as it will be flooded with people when all of that’s happening and you’ll also be able to stream all of the action online.
