Core actually made a chicken ‘n’ waffles flavor of protein powder for April Fools’ Day

Chicken N Waffles Core Pro Protein Powder

Hidden away among the surge of April Fools’ Day pranks were a few products and concepts that were not jokes and things you could actually purchase. Some of the standouts included Bucked Up’s hybrid testosterone-boosting pre-workout Bricked Up, Juvee’s Jumbo Energy Drink, and Apollon Nutrition’s stimulant-loaded It’s A Mad Mad Mad Mad World pre-workout. Core Nutritionals was another one we didn’t catch on the day, which did indeed launch a Chicken ‘n’ Waffles flavor of Core Pro protein powder.

Simply put, Core Nutritionals took its original, long-running blend-style protein powder Core Pro, featuring a completely transparent blend of whey and casein, and gave it a flavor that rolls together fried chicken and wholesome waffles. Many sports nutrition brands have joked about doing this sort of flavor for this exact type of supplement, but none have gone through it. Core has indeed made a Chicken ‘n’ Waffles protein powder and you can purchase it for a limited time through its official online store.

There is, of course, only a limited amount of the Chicken ‘n’ Waffles Core Pro protein powder available, and it is still in stock over at corenutritionals.com. You’ll pay $44.99 for a full-size tub of 26 servings, and you get Core Pro’s typically lean nutrition profile in every serving, with 25g of protein a serving and 130 calories.
