BioSteel is deep into development of a protein RTD and makes it sound incomparably tasty

Biosteel Developing Delicious Protein Shake

BioSteel has always been heavily connected to the hydration space, and for good reason, as it makes both a bulk powder supplement and beverage that are specifically designed to support and improve hydration, performance, and recovery. Something people may not be as aware of is that the health and nutrition company does make several other supplements, including whey and plant-powered protein powders in various flavors, as well as creatine, beauty-supporting collagen, superfoods, and a pre-workout.

While BioSteel reaches into several categories in the world of health and nutrition, the signature BioSteel Sports Hydration is its only beverage, although not for much longer. The brand has revealed that it is deep into the development of a second drink, and this one is not for hydration, nor is it for the other common space of energy drinks. A BioSteel Protein Shake is on the way, and according to the brand’s CEO, Dan Crosby, it is ridiculously good, so much so that he didn’t believe it was a high-protein RTD.

We have a fair amount of information for the upcoming BioSteel Protein Shake, including that it’s not a clear competitor, as it’s been sampled in chocolate, it has a sizeable 30g of protein a bottle, 2.5g of carbohydrates, 150 calories, and it’s naturally sweetened with stevia and monk fruit. The numbers and formula details all look good; it’s going to come down to taste for BioSteel’s entry into the protein RTD category, which, again, Dan Crosby claims is shockingly good and seemingly unlike anything else out there.
