Legacy supplement company BSN made some noise earlier in the year with what is essentially a breakfast flavor series for its long-running and well-known Syntha-6 protein powder. The brand turned three familiar foods into options for its six-source protein product in Fruity Cereal, Blueberry Pancake, and Cinnamon Toaster Pastry. Coming to the end of the year, the brand is back doing a similar sort of thing but for its iconic pre-workout NO Xplode and with an intriguing flavor line.
BSN has announced the Cool Rush Series for NO Xplode, a collection of three flavors that feature a frosty, icy taste effect, seemingly similar to the refreshing mouthfeel you got from MuscleTech’s legendary Anabolic Halo and Applied Nutrition’s Breathe Easy family of flavors from years ago. The supplement company is promising no minty aftertaste, and while that may not seem like that big of a deal, it’s an important point, as most others we’ve tried with that effect do have a minty hint.
Once again, there are three options that fill out BSN and NO Xplode’s Cool Rush flavor series; the first to be revealed is a sweet and classic creation, Bubblegum Blast. The other entries will be shared in the next few days, and they will all have that cooling, somewhat mouthwash sensation, although without the mint. As for the formula, the brand has kept the ingredients and dosages the same as the other options, so fans can look forward to the same performance but with a unique taste experience.
