Over the weekend, Redcon1 dropped a large surprise by way of an entire collection of products, put together in partnership with its part-owner Dion Sanders, better known as Coach Prime. The sports nutrition company announced the involvement of Sanders earlier this year, and at that time, it confirmed the coming of a Primetime Punch flavor of Redcon1 Energy made with Coach Prime himself. The collection from the brand and partner involves a whole lot more than a tasty flavor of an energy drink.
Redcon1 and Coach Prime’s collection posted at the end of last week includes a bunch of flavor extensions in Primetime Punch Total War and Canteen, and Red Velvet and Strawberry Cheesecake MRE Lite. There are some completely new supplement innovations, too, in the cost-effective pre-workout Primetime Pre and the hybrid Creatine+Hydration. It turns out there is one more product in that series that is closer to the Primetime Punch Redcon1 Energy in the sense that it is a convenient, on-the-go item.
Joining the other seven products included in Redcon1 and Coach Prime’s collection is a Strawberry Cheesecake MRE Bar, the same flavor as one of the two for the whey-free MRE Lite protein powder. Unlike the rest of the collaborative series, we haven’t seen the special edition flavor of the wholesome and nutritious protein bar available anywhere just yet. We’re guessing since the others are all out and on the market at the likes of retail giant GNC, the Strawberry Cheesecake MRE Bar is not far away.
