Universal utilizes KSM-66 for a premium standalone product in flavored chewables

The simply named Universal is the evolution of the legacy sports supplement company Universal Nutrition, originally known for advanced and effective products like Atomic 7, Storm, Shock Therapy, Octane, and the fat burner Red Hot. Universal is a much more mainstream-style lifestyle competitor that debuted with a variety of advanced supplements in pack format as well as some bulk powder offerings. This month, we’ve got something a bit simpler from the brand, but in a format it had yet to utilize.

Joining the selection of health and wellness-focused supplement packs and powders, Universal has launched Ashwagandha, which is a standalone item with a unique format and premium touch. Firstly, the brand doesn’t use standard ashwagandha in its latest creation; it has the high-end, gold-standard study-backed KSM-66 Ashwagandha at 300mg per serving. The ingredient is known for many different benefits, including testosterone optimization, performance, recovery, relaxation, stress reduction, and more.

The one other key factor of Universal’s Ashwagandha is that it has put KSM-66 Ashwagandha in chewable tablets, not the pills you throw in your mouth and swallow. They are indeed flavored with your choice of Lemon and Mixed Berry, and due to the format, there is some nutrition although not much at 3g a serving, all of it added sugar. We can’t find either flavor of the KSM-66-powered Ashwagandha chewables on Universal’s website, but we can on Amazon, where bottles of 60 chews, which is 30 servings, are $19.99.
