RYSE finally does another Drop Culture Series supplement with IFBB Pro Jay Lane

Ryse X Jay Half Half Pre Workout

The majority of RYSE’s drops are flavor extensions, whether it’s for its popular energy drink RYSE Fuel or in its original stomping ground of sports nutrition supplements in its Protein Wars-winning Loaded Protein or the well-balanced and reliable Loaded Pre-Workout. Sometimes, we get completely new products, and occasionally, things fall in between with special edition variants or versions, one of the most prominent being the Drop Culture Series supplement, Nic Stella’s signature CEO Pre-Workout.

RYSE and its CEO’s pre-workout, aptly named the CEO Pre-Workout, featured its own individual formula, more stacked than anything else under the brand’s banner, even our favorite competitor from RYSE in the Godzilla Pre-Workout. That supplement hit the market almost a year and a half ago, and until this week, it was the only Drop Series innovation we had seen from the brand. Here in the early stages of 2025, RYSE has come out with another entry under that banner with Jay’s Half & Half Pre-Workout.

Ryse Jays Half And Half Pre Workout Label

Jay’s Half & Half Pre-Workout is a collaboration between RYSE and its ambassador, IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Jay Lane. Like Nic Stella’s CEO Pre-Workout, this one has its own blend of ingredients and dosages; although it’s not stacked to the max, more reliant on a shorter set of ingredients, all still respectably and efficaciously dosed. It is mostly about pumps in Jay’s Half & Half Pre-Workout, with 6g of citrulline, 1.5g of Ntirosigine, and 200mg of CitraPeak, all known pump-powering components for the category.

The other ingredients in RYSE and Jay Lane’s collaboration are 5g of beta-alanine to elevate performance, and for energy and focus, there is 62.5mg of Dynamine and a moderate 200mg of caffeine. Again, the formula leans heavily to the pump side of life, with half of the components for that specific effect. The product went live on RYSE’s website earlier today in its traditional Half & Half lemon ice tea-style flavor and has already sold out, but we suspect it’ll be getting a restock if it went that quickly.
