Fitmafia tackles hydration with Coyote in both bulk powder and beverage formats

Fitmafia Coyote

Popular Colombian brand Proscience has entered the hydration category under its sister brand Fitmafia, and it has done so in a very interesting way. Hydration has become a must-have type of supplement in the world of sports nutrition, as it has become a go-to for drinking during a training session or general exercise. Tubs of bulk powder, stick packs, and beverages are the formats most commonly seen in the space, and Proscience’s Fitmafia has decided to come out swinging and come at it from two angles.

Fitmafia has debuted Coyote, a dedicated hydration supplement that is available in both tubs of bulk powder to serve and use as you please, and as a drink in a half-liter bottle. The combination of ingredients in each of the formats aren’t identical, but they’re similar and have the same performance goals in mind. The Coyote beverage features a blend of B vitamins and a few electrolyte sources, including the ever-popular coconut water, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, and sodium chloride.

Altogether the ingredients in Fitmafia’s Coyote supplement provide 742mg of electrolytes, a solid amount to support hydration, performance, and recovery. As for the sports drink, you actually get a bit more at a combined 790mg, and like the bulk powder, that is primarily made up of sodium and potassium, and a touch of magnesium. There is some nutrition in the Coyote supplement at just eight calories a serving, although there is none in the drink; no sugar, carbohydrates, or calories. To keep things consistent Fitmafia has launched both formats in the same two flavors with Blueberry and Kiwi Strawberry.
