Celo goes down the path of supplements in a hydration product with creatine or glycine

Celo Nutrition Hydrate Recover

Celo Nutrition started in the functional food world with a typically sized protein bar made with premium grass-fed whey to provide 15g of the muscle-building macro per piece, similar in carbohydrates, and just over 200 calories. We featured the young brand for the first time a few months ago, but fast-forward to this month, and it has taken a turn down the supplement path with the introduction of two separate innovations, both named Hydrate + Recover.

Hydrate + Recover from Celo Nutrition comes from two flavors, Lemon Lime and Watermelon Mint. Inside the former of those two tastes, you get a blend of electrolytes, combining for a total of 790mg to drive hydration and performance, plus 5g of creatine monohydrate to improve strength and power. As for the Watermelon Mint flavor, you get that same 790mg of electrolytes, although instead of creatine, you get 3g of glycine for muscle maintenance.

Basically, either way you go, Lemon Lime or Watermelon Mint for Hydrate + Recover, fans of Celo Nutrition will get hydration support, then it’ll be either added strength in Lemon Lime or recovery in Watermelon Mint. You can get a closer look at the supplements at celonutrition.com, and through there, you can purchase one or both of the drops at the same $26.99 for a bag of 15 single-serving stick packs or $21.59 if you take a subscription.
