Vitamin Shoppe leaps on the edible creatine trend with soft strawberry chewables

Bodytech Soft Creatine Chews

Similar to most supplement retailers these days, The Vitamin Shoppe has its own house brand by the name of Bodytech, which has been around for quite some time. It’s instantly recognizable by its navy or dark blue branding and yellow accents, and it competes in many of the popular categories of sports nutrition, even complex spaces like pre-workout and protein powder. Creatine is another realm you’ll find Bodytech, and this month it has something trending and new in Creatine Soft Chews.

Edible, functional creatine supplements have become immensely popular these past few years alongside the general rise in creatine, and Vitamin Shoppe and Bodytech have joined that fight with Creatine Soft Chews. The innovation is exactly what it sounds like, with small, bite-sized pieces that are soft, chewable, and packed full of creatine. A serving of three pieces provides a full 5g dosage of tried and true creatine monohydrate to support muscle strength and size, working out to 1.66g a piece.

There is some nutrition to Vitamin Shoppe and Bodytech’s Soft Creatine Chews at 7g of carbohydrates, none of that sugar thanks to its use of various flavors and sweeteners, and 20 calories. Edible creatine supplements like this are a great alternative to the traditional pills and powders, letting you eat your creatine as a fun and flavorful candy treat. Bodytech’s entry in this area comes in the one Strawberry Burst option, and it’s available now from Vitamin Shoppe at $34.99 for a bag of 30 servings.
