Protein cookie dough trend comes to Poland by way of FA Nutrition and its WOW Series

Fa Nutrition Cookie Dough

Australian brand Adonis has created or almost encouraged a protein cookie dough trend and candy shop-type look, where other health and nutrition companies around the world are coming out with similar-looking and style supplements. FA Nutrition in Poland has done something along those lines with Protein Cookie Dough, featuring that candy shop branding, and it’s been put under its WOW line of healthy, better-for-you treats and foods.

FA Nutrition’s Protein Cookie Dough is the same concept as the original Protein Cookie Dough from Adonis, where you combine the powder with water, stir until it hits that thick doughy consistency, then enjoy or throw in the refrigerator for an even more authentic experience. The brand makes the product with milk concentrate, milk protein, and milk powder for the high-protein nutrition profile, as well as cream to deliver a convincing texture.

The macros on the WOW Series Protein Cookie Dough are not as good as your standard protein powder, far from it, but in place of that, you get a more indulgent cookie dough consistency. Each 40g serving has 21.6g of protein, 6.4g of carbohydrates, half of that sugar, 5.6g of fat, and 162 calories, so it is a fair amount above your common 25g of protein for 120 calories. FA Nutrition makes the supplement in 480g and 1kg tubs in Chocolate, Vanilla Ice Cream, and Cappuccino.
