Gladiator reworks its flagship energy drink with a refined formula and all-new look

Revamped Gladiator Energy Drink

The energy drink category is absolutely exploding right now and has been for the last few years, and with that increased competition has come more advanced approaches to the category and alternative formulas offering more than caffeinated energy. One of those newcomers that reflects the strong answer to competition with far more than your standard caffeine beverage is Gladiator Energy, which has quite the list of active ingredients in every 12oz can of its entry.

The Gladiator Energy Drink rolls together BCAAs, classic creatine monohydrate which, as we know, is not stable in solution, ginseng, the nootropic alpha-gpc, guarana, a variety of vitamins and electrolytes, and, of course, caffeine. The formula is quite extensive, again, far more than a caffeinated formula with ingredients that support muscle recovery, endurance, focus, and energy.

Thankfully, we do get exact dosages for each of the key ingredients in the Gladiator Energy Drink, which is not common in this particular category, no matter how sophisticated brands get. The three all-important BCAAs are at a combined 2g per can, the alpha-gpc is at an impressive 625mg, a pinch above the usual 600mg in pre-workouts, 400mg of ginseng, and 250mg of caffeine.

Gladiator Energy has been around for some time but has just undergone a massive reformulation and rebrand, which is what we’re highlighting today. Consumers will be able to grab the completely revamped beverage through its website shortly, and it is hard at work on distribution into retailers and convenience stores, which is where this sort of product thrives. There are four flavors for the new and improved energy drink, all free of artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, sugar, and calories, with Blue Raspberry, Killer Kolada, Strawberry Watermelon, and Orange Pineapple.
