Collagen specialist Liquid Youth makes a refreshing sparkling beverage

Liquid Youth Sparkling Collagen Water

Up until recently, wellness supplement company Liquid Youth was exclusive to the compact and convenient shot format and bulk powder. It is very much a collagen specialist, with that being the main ingredient in its signature Liquid Youth Elixir Shot and only supplement, which is a standalone unflavored collagen. Its most recent move has seen it depart that shot space and tub of powder, and jump into full-size beverage with Liquid Youth Sparkling Collagen Water.

Similar to the health and wellness competitor’s Elixir Shot and obviously titled Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides, collagen is the main character of Sparkling Collagen Water, giving a respectable amount of 11g in every slim and sleek 12oz can. The brand hasn’t added any other functional components to the beverage, sticking to what it’s become known for, and it keeps things lean with 10g of protein, 4g of carbohydrates, all of it fiber, for a total of 50 calories.

Compared to traditional whey-based and most other dairy-style protein shakes, collagen tends to go much nicer with refreshing fruity flavors, and that is what Liquid Youth has done here. The recently released Sparkling Collagen Water comes in three options, all fruit-themed in Passion Bliss, Italian Blood Orange, and Summer Peach. You can grab them directly from the brand’s website at a pricey $49.99 for a case of 12 cans, although you do get free domestic shipping.
