Oikos is home to a host of high-protein products with creamy beverages, flavored Greek yogurt, and the Greek yogurt with mix-ins, Oikos Remix. The brand has a significant presence in Japan, with availability in almost every one of the over 50,000 convenience stores across the country. You can indeed find the flagship Oikos Yogurt there in a smaller 113g size, packing 10g of protein, an equal amount of carbohydrates, and a fair amount under the 100-calorie mark.
Similar to here in the US, Oikos has a number of flavors available for its protein-enriched yogurt in Japan, with the likes of Strawberry, Blueberry, Lemon & honey, and Plain with a bit of extra protein. New to the menu this month is a temporary flavor extension, so one that won’t be sticking around for long in Pink Grapefruit. It has all of the same macros as the other fruity flavors, including that 10g of protein, and it is now available in convenience stores as well as supermarkets.
