Skinny Food makes a high-protein low-sugar on the classic pot noodle

Skinny Food Meal Pot

The Skinny Food Co stretches far beyond your standard protein bar and high-protein snack, and that has been the case for the last several years. It takes creativity in the functional space to a whole new level, with better-for-you sauces, baked goods that are packed with a bit of protein, a zero-sugar rosé alternative, and even some appliances. Anytime Skinny Food makes something new, you have to prepare for a bit of difference, and that is what we have this month with High Protein Meal Pots.

The latest from The Skinny Food Co is basically a better-for-you take on the classic pot noodle. The food series comprises three varieties in Tomato & Basil, Creay Carbonara, and Teriyaki Noodles. Inside each of them is the pasta-based dish in their respective name with added pea protein. The result is a much cleaner nutrition profile than traditional pot noodles or pasta with up to 16g of protein, 25 to 30g of carbohydrates, as low as 3g of that sugar, and just over 200 calories, ranging from 213 to 227.

To give them that little something extra, The Skinny Food Co has infused its High Protein Meal Pots with a whole host of added vitamins and minerals to make them a stronger meal replacement solution. As is the case with anything or at least most items from the brand, the cost of the pasta pots is next to nothing, and you can buy them individually. Through Skinny Food’s website, you’ll pay £2.59 (3.35 USD) for a pot, and that goes for any of the flavors: Tomato & Basil, Creay Carbonara, and Teriyaki Noodles
