Super Coffee pushes up to 25g of protein in its latest ready-to-drink coffee innovation

Super Coffee Protein Shake

Super Coffee is a functional ready-to-drink coffee company that became widely known for its original Super Coffee beverage that comes with extra protein, less than a gram of sugar, MCTs for brain function and energy, and great taste. The product is basically a better-for-you coffee, and now the brand is stepping up the protein even further with Super Coffee Protein. While the original had some additional protein, Super Coffee’s latest innovation has a more respectable amount.

The newly released Super Coffee Protein gives you the same amount of protein as a traditional scoop of protein powder at 25g, from milk isolate and concentrate and, again, a great coffee taste. The higher level of protein has not resulted in overly heightened net carbohydrates or fat either, sitting at 3g each, and the sugar is also nice and low at a gram. The overall calorie count lands at 150, so double what you get in the regular Super Coffee beverage, but the protein is two and half times more.

We’ve seen several ready-to-drink protein supplements hit the market recently, and while most of them have been from sports nutrition style brands, here we have another example of the growing trend, although out of the coffee drink space. Super Coffee Protein has already gone live on Amazon, where you’ll pay $39.99 for a case of 12, 12oz bottles. That is currently the only place to get the innovation in its one Mocha Latte flavor, with a full retail presence coming around spring and summer.
