Maxi blends whey and actual coffee for a hybrid and authentic tasting protein powder

Maxi Maxpresso

The legacy supplement company over in the United Kingdom, Maxi Nutrition, has been much more active recently in the areas of creativity and innovation. The brand has been rolling out several completely new products, and on many of those occasions, they’ve been relatively uncommon categories and formats. MaxPresso is the latest supplement from Maxi that continues that trend and theme, being a different sort of protein powder that brings together whey and coffee.

Maxi Nutrition doesn’t color too far outside the lines with MaxPresso, sticking to the ingredients you’d expect in a hybrid coffee protein with whey concentrate for its 21g of protein per serving, and actual coffee for an authentic taste and a splash of caffeine. The energizing caffeine sits at 80mg in a single serving, which will get up there if you double scoop to 160mg, and the other macros worth noting are 2.6g of carbohydrates, under 2g of that sugar, and 110 calories.

MaxPresso is the ideal supplement if you mix your protein and coffee anyway, want an authentic coffee taste in your protein shake, or the combination of ingredients and benefits sounds like a great mix. Maxi Nutrition has designed the supplement to be enjoyed hot or cold, and while it’s not all that expensive at £14.99, that’s because it comes in a small tub of ten servings. As far as flavors go, there are three, all coffee-themed in Caramel, White Chocolate, and Classic Coffee.
