Weider adds a smooth Coconut flavor to the menu of its milkshake-style protein drink

Weider Coconut Protein Shake

The iconic Weider name has its own line of supplements in Germany and other parts of Europe, and it’s a pretty comprehensive selection of health and nutrition products. In typical fashion for that particular market, the brand dabbles in all different shapes and styles, with powders, pill formulas, functional foods, and beverage. Its most loaded ready-to-drink protein is the Weider Protein Shake, packing 26g of protein from milk sources, 2g of carbohydrates, and 4g of fat, leading to a very fair 172 calories.

The Weider Protein Shake started with the two most classic flavors possible in Chocolate and Vanilla, which is hard to complain about when they’re also two of the most popular tastes in the protein supplement space. This month, the European brand is finally rolling out another option, and it is an interesting one. Joining the product’s fairly lonely menu here in the middle of the year is Coconut, still packing plenty of protein and a respectable balance, but alongside a smooth coconut flavor profile.
