Since launching, Quest Protein Milkshake has stayed consistent with its original Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry flavors, although the former Functional Brand Of The Year winner has now expanded the menu with Salted Caramel. The latest extension combines rich caramel sweetness with a touch of salty dessert-like flavor. That is alongside the beverage’s lean profile of 45g of protein, just 2g of sugar, and 230 calories, now available through Amazon at $45 for a case.
