BioSteel puts electrolytes into a sugarless take on the traditional ice pop

Biosteel Freeze Pops

While a ready-to-drink protein supplement is no small undertaking, that is what the hydration specialist BioSteel recently brought to market. After months of teasing and hype, the Clean Healthy Protein Shake made its debut with 30g of protein per bottle in two classic flavors. Surprisingly, it didn’t hold the brand back from innovating in other areas of its business because in a few days, it is launching functional BioSteel Freeze Pops.

BioSteel has cleverly expanded its hydration-supporting selection with Freeze Pops, which take a variety of key minerals to provide a combined total of just over 200mg of electrolytes. It’s not an amount close to what you get in the brand’s signature Hydration Mix, but it’s a nice benefit to have in the functional innovation. BioSteel Freeze Pops are completely sugar-free with only 2g of carbohydrates a piece and zero calories on paper.

The BioSteel Freeze Pops are a great sugar-free treat that won’t impact your daily calories, but you get a fair amount of electrolytes and a sweet ice pop treat that’s perfect for the season. The brand is launching them this coming Monday through biosteel.ca at $19.99 (14.56 USD) for a pack of 27 to throw in your freezer. That total is divided up across three flavors, seven of each, in Blue Raspberry, Rainbow Twist, and White Freeze.
