Jacked Granny claims to have made the cleanest bar on Earth using just three ingredients

Jacked Granny Protein Bar

Jacked Granny is a uniquely named newcomer to the functional food industry that is about to make its debut later this summer. The brand is making a protein bar, and while the shape, size, nutrition, and format are all things we’ve seen before, it’s definitely what’s on the inside of this one that counts. The Jacked Granny Protein Bar sums up its point of difference in a quick callout on the front of its wrapper, “3 Ingredients”.

It is indeed the ingredients that separate Jacked Granny from the mountain of competitors in the protein bar category, and not so much what ingredients, but just how few it has. As mentioned, the newcomer is using only three things to make one of the flavors of its high-protein snack, and four for the other three. Those ingredients are peanuts, maple syrup, and egg whites, and depending on the flavor, coconut, cocoa, and raspberries.

While you may be thinking with such simplicity, the catch might be in the nutrition, but even there, Jacked Granny does not disappoint at 16g of protein, just above 20g of carbohydrates, around 2g of fat, and 180 calories. It’s respectably lean for such a straightforward recipe, and you can pre-order direct at $35 for 10, or $10 for a trial pack of three. The flavors are the three-ingredient Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate, Coconut, and PB & J.
